Victoire, Inirion Police Sergeant

 

 

Victoire is a female police sergeant from Inirion who is very apt, strong and devoted to her work. She still remembers Inir Fog before its Imperial presence. She has a clear memory of the siege of Inir Fog. On its last, unforgettable day, Imperial shuttles dropped rations on the starving and homeless population, as a gesture of peace and support. She remembers that thanks to the Empire’s colonialism, she was able to pursue an education, had a roof over her head and ate 3 meals a day. For what she considers her true salvation, she will be forever grateful to the Empire.

She firmly believes that the Empire, a colonialist entity, is a necessity. Its tactical Force can and should be used for the Greater good, as humanity is now scattered and living in a chaotic universe. In the same giving spirit, to ‘pay forward’ what the Empire has given her and to help the citizens of Inir Fog’s capital, she joined the police force as soon as she was able to.

She likes working in the streets of Inirion, talking to the young ones in her neighborhood and protecting the people that need her the most. She doesn’t mind being passed over time and time again for a desk promotion to remain on the field. She doesn’t want, nor does she care for the political game that can make or break a career over special favors and secret dealings.

What she doesn’t know is that her time with the people of the city is coming to an end and the political world has finally taken an interest in her.

Victoire’s Weapons

Crowd Pleaser or Crowd Management Unit (CMU-3)

The CMU-3 or as it is known by law enforcement, the Crowd Pleaser, is a weapon developed to control rioters. It emits a powerful blast of gravitational forces towards a group of protesters, knocking them down and cause little direct damage. The CMU-3 is much more than the cylinder emitter around each of the wielders arms, it is fully integrated into the users suit and PCD. This gives the wielder of the CMU-3 the ability to fire from either arms and to store much more energy.

AF-137

The AF-137 was the standard assault rifle 25 years ago when the sergeant started her career in the police force. She kept it even when newer models were available. Less powerful than it’s successor, it has the benefit of being highly customizable, making it also a favorite of criminals.

 

Victoire’s Powers

Standard Police Shielding Unit (SPSU)

The SPSU is a shield that allows for the absorption of Kinetic forces and Energy. Less absorbent than an armor, it can regenerate by itself after a short cooldown period.
